  • I’m going to be at the ballet this holiday season. Am I able to pick my order up instead of shipping it?

    Unless you have chosen to pick your items up on the available pickup date options, you will not be able to pick up your order as we do not hold orders on site. The available dates and times for pickup are chosen under shipping from your cart. If not chosen there or if a pickup date/time is not available at your convenience, your order will need to be shipped.

    Am I able to pick up my order at a different time or show?

    Orders will be available for the show date and time selected at check out. To change the pick up show date/time, please contact us at ballet@helmcreativestudio.com

    I was unable to pick up my order as scheduled. What do I do?

    If you missed picking up your order as scheduled, we will now ship your order on the next business day, so you can expect to receive your order via shipping.

    Can I pick up my order at the Nutcracker Tea?

    Items will be available for pickup and we will have our boutique with items available to purchase onsite only at the tea on December 16 and December 17.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Your order will be sent via UPS 2-Day Select though, with holidays, we ask that you allow an extra few days due to the bulk of orders that UPS will be managing throughout the holiday season.

    Does 2-Day shipping include weekends and holidays?

    No, 2-Day shipping is allocated to business days only.

    How much is shipping & handling?

    Shipping and handling is calculated through the website at checkout, based on what is ordered. Pickup orders are charged a flat rate of $5 for the processing fee.

    How do I get my order in time for Christmas?

    Please ensure that you order by December 15, to guarantee that your order arrives in time for Christmas.

  • How do I know which size of the apparel I should order?

    Please reference the size chart listed with each item to best select appropriate sizing.

    If an item is out of stock, when can I expect to see it back in stock?

    Any of our show-related items (For example, George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®, are exclusive, limited edition items and are not guaranteed to be available in the future. For all other items, it will show an in-stock date for when you can expect the item back in stock. As soon as an item is back in stock, it will be available for shipping.

    Are any ballet programs available for sale?

    No. At this time, we are not selling ballet programs - they are available to pick up in-person at the showing of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker® that you are attending.

  • I haven’t received my order as expected, what should I do?

    Please fill out the Contact form on this site and our team will respond within 24 hours.

    If my order is a gift, will the receipt with pricing be included in the shipment?

    No. A packing slip will be included in each shipment, not the receipt with pricing or total for payment.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept most major credit cards.

    Can I add something to my order?

    Once an order has been placed, you would need to place a new order if there are additional items that you would like to order via shipment or pickup.

    I put in the wrong address on my order. Can I change it?

    We will do the best we can to accommodate, however, if your order has already shipped, there may not be the option to change it, please reach out to us via the Contact form on this site and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    I want to change the card I used to pay for my order. Can I change my payment method?

    You will be unable to change the payment method once an order has been placed.

  • What is your return policy?

    Items are nonrefundable, unless an item was damaged upon delivery. If you have an item that was damaged upon delivery, please contact us via our Contact form.

    My item is broken upon receipt. What should I do?

    Please contact us via the Contact form.

    My clothing item doesn’t fit. What should I do?

    There are no returns on clothing items that don’t fit.

  • Do you offer the option to purchase gift cards for the store?

    Yes! There is an option to purchase an e-gift card for the available items on this site/store. Please see the e-gift card item for available amounts and further information.


    I have a discount code. How do I apply it to my order?

    Apply your code to the Discount Code box during checkout.


    I already submitted my order but forgot to add the gift code. Can you add it after my order is submitted?

    No, once a payment has been processed, we cannot change the form of payment. You can utilize your gift code for a future purchase.

  • How can I purchase tickets to the ballet?


    Click the link in the footer of this page that says “PHILADELPHIA BALLET TICKETS” to be directed to the official site to purchase tickets from Philadelphia Ballet.


    If I bring an item I purchased to the ballet, will a dancer sign them?


    Philadelphia Ballet dancers are not available to sign items on-site.


    Where can I purchase music from the ballet I’ve seen?


    The music from our productions are not available for purchase. However, classical ballet pieces (Carmen, etc.) are available to purchase and discover elsewhere, as they have been performed since the 1800s. Please check your program for the composer of the ballet you enjoy.

    I’m interested in the School of Philadelphia Ballet. How do I sign my child up for classes?
